Alyssa Bushey was hired to attract both travelers and ​the local market to the newly opened Margaritaville ​Resort Orlando in one of the top ranked US cities for ​tourism. Alyssa and team created a marketing ​campaign that attracts both families looking for ​accessible accommodations on their vacation, as well ​as couples who are looking for a romantic getaway.
Alyssa and team created a multi-channel marketing ​strategy to launch the new mixed-use development ​focused on reaching the target demographic of ​women between 32-50 using parental phrases with an ​ironic twist.

Post recession, guests wanted more than beautiful spaces. Market research indicated a much deeper and more meaningful reason: they were choosing Montage Hotels & Resorts as their destination to make memories.
The 10th Anniversary of the company was forthcoming, and instead of making it about the group, Alyssa leaned into this learning and created a robust campaign "10 Years of Montage Memories" that aligned the group under a united corporate campaign and expressed energy, emotion and experiences unique to Montage via refreshed imagery and messaging.

WHO ARE WE! Campaign Innovation
ABOUT
Following the devastation to The Bahamas by ​Hurricane Dorian, the country's oldest beer brand ​did not feel very celebratory, nor did it seem right ​to start marketing as they had previously.
Heineken Global and the Bahamian Kalik team ​hired Alyssa to lead an innovation session to create ​a vision and campaign for the company.
The result of that session was that there was no ​question of what to do next, but rather a ​proclamation. The "WHO ARE WE!" campaign ​leaned into the popular Junkanoo chant and had ​Kalik leading the charge in uniting and ​invigorating the strength and pride of The ​Bahamian people.
The campaign ended up generating a 30% growth ​in product sales over the campaign period.
